Recntly,people in growing numbers are beginning to realize the importance of women in the modern society.As we know,they are piaying an increasingly significant role in our society.It's true that we can find women working in various kinds of trades.They can do all the work that men uesd to do.For instance,some of them serve as nurses in the nursery and kindergarten,and some of them even work as proffessors or engineers.Morever,some are working as high officials in some major position of the goverment at all levels.
With the changes in their social role women's position in the family has been improved as well.In comparison with their position in the family before liberation,they are no longer inferior to their husbands in many respects.They are not only in change of the domestic but also external affairs.In brief,they have been equal to their husbands.
Despite all these changes,the liberation of women has not been completely realized.Taking a look at the advertisement of some personnel wanted,we always find that gils are exempted on account of some unmentionable reasons.
What is boring is that some organizations even do something against equal pay to equal work for the girls employed.So there is a long way to go for the whole liberation of women.
